We announce the kick off of “Lefty 21 project” from Japan on February 10th.

February 10th. is recognized as anniversary day for the Lefty here in Japan.

If you are right-handed, how will you feel when;
–  A ruler is scaled from the right
–  A teapot pouring mouth is on the right side
–  A scissor with blades in reverse intersection

Having this fuzzy feeling, we left-handed have been living along. (A little too exaggerated, though…)

This time, Hiroo Urakami of Kikuya Urakami Shoji and Crossmedia Communications, Inc. has started Lefty 21 Project to develop 21 items for left-handed people with stationery manufacturers and PC peripheral manufacturers.  Kikuya Uragami Shoji specifies in left-handed items, and working to promote a barrier-free society in 2020.

We will be opening up social media channels to publish progress and results soon. We will be hearing ideas not only within Japan, but widely from all over the world.

If you have any great ideas you can share with us, or interested in to join this project as manufacturer, please feel free to contact from below.
